Jaylen Brunson is an established YouTuber with a strong audience and an existing presence on YouTube. However, despite having a large subscriber base of nearly 400K, the channel had gone months without consistent uploads.
The Goal
The goal was to help the creator get back to posting consistently, maintain an active YouTube presence, and avoid missing out on the audience engagement and income potential that came from the platform.
The Challenge
Before working with us, the main challenge was consistency. Managing the creative side of YouTube, especially video editing and production needs, made it difficult to keep up with a regular posting schedule.
Even with a strong audience already in place, the lack of consistent uploads meant the channel was not being used to its full potential.
